does car insurance not cover broken cars?
long story short there is a mahoosive hole in my engine and a burnt out lume… the car is undriveable as its blown to bits, but ive only had it a month of a private seller… am i right in thinking my car insurance wont pay out for this?

Warranties and extended warranties that cover these issues are part of the car dealerships network.
From a private seller you have little come back unless you paid for an AA or RAC inspection prior to purchase.
